Our plant fiber based trays are now made from unbleached wheatstraw fiber, an annually renewable resource. Though these compostable trays are soak proof and heat tolerant up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, hot items will cause the plates to "perspire" and some condensation will form at the bottom so please be aware.
